FEE, REFUND, AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
1. Class Fees and Payment plans: Class fees vary depending upon the level and size of the class. The fee for any class can be viewed on the ICSC website. The student may choose any of the following payment plans.
1.1. Annual Payment: Fees can be paid as an advance lump sum payment for the entire academic year spanning 10 months from September through first week of June of the following year.
1.2. Semester Payment Plan: Fees may also be paid in two installments, first one due on Sept 1st and the second one on Feb 1st of following year.
1.3. Monthly Payment Plan: Fees may be paid on a monthly basis. Fees are due on the 1st of every month from September through May. Monthly fee amount is based on equally dividing the Annual fee into 9 equal installments. It is NOT based on the number of classes in each month, which may vary from 4 to 5.
1.4. One-time Payment: Fees are expected as a lump sum for the duration of the class. This is usually the payment option offered for short term workshops of classes.
2. For monthly payment plan, full amount of the monthly installment is due regardless of which day the student chooses to join during that month.
3. If the Annual or Semester payment plan is opted, and the student joins during the middle of the academic year, the student will be provided with a prorated fee amount applicable for the months that the student will attend.
4. Late Fee : A 10% late fee will be assessed per student if the fee is not received within 10 days after the payment due date. The payment due date is always the 1st of any month.
5. Sibling or Multi-student discount: Families registering for more than one student with the Annual Payment paid in advance will receive a total discount of $50 per additional student.
6. Refunds: In case a class does not materialize for any reason from the beginning of the school year, full amount will be refunded. If a class is canceled for any reason during the school year, a prorated amount of tuition fee will be refunded. There will be no refund for classes canceled due to inclement weather, or for classes missed by the student for any reason. In case of withdrawal from a class, the student/parent is requested to notify Admin staff through the IIS website "Contact Us" link or informing the school administration by emailing to vchaud@hotmail.com at least 30 days prior to intended withdrawal. Refund of tuition fee will be given for the remaining months for which tuition fee is paid. Refund for withdrawal will be effective from the first day of the month following the month of student withdrawal.
